2003 BMW X5 center lock problem

Electrical problem
2003 BMW X5 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 68000 miles

I have a problem with the driver's door lock, when I lock it with the remote control, all doors lock except for the driver's one, I have to do it manualy by the key if I wanted to lock that door, do you think the problem is the relay?, can it be fixed? or must be replaced?.

The door lock assembly is faulty and should be replaced.
