2003 BMW 525 Window will not go up

Electrical problem 2003 BMW 525 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 78000 miles ---------------------------------------------------------------- My window will not go but about 1/3 of the way up. It goes down just fine. I have had no previous problems.
