Engine Cooling problem
2003 Acura TL 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 55000 miles

The radiator fan does not turn on when car is working, causing engine to heat up. As soon as i turn off the ignition the fan starts working properly.
If i turn the ignition on again it stops.
If the a/c is on, the fan is on, even with a running vehicle.
I checked the power and there is no electrical current to the fan while the car is on.
Please, give me any ideas on what the problem may be.
