Transmission problem

On my the dash of my 2003 Acura RSX (not the type s) randomly the D light

begins to flash and the vehicle stops changing gears properly. I need to

shut the engine and restart the car to fix. I have already had the

Computer Brain and the Transmission changed without fixing the issue.

What do I do.

what gave you the idea that made you replace the ECM and transmission? could just be a sensor.....
it's the transmission's version of a check engine light.
have the transmission control module (tcm) scanned and let me know what the codes are.
