Engine Cooling problem

Dear Sir,
Had my car at a toyota dealer and they say i have a leak at the engine coolant plate. I have the car on a lift right now and can't locate this plate /leak. Would you know where this plate is located on the engine and how to access it. They what 380.00 to repair. They don't have a gasket for this plate / i checked. So i'm quessing , just resealing w/black rtv. If you have procedure for the repair of this plate. Thanks for your time / expertise.
