2002 Subaru Forester timing belt jumping issue

Engine Mechanical problem
2002 Subaru Forester 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 111000 miles

I did a head job on an '02 forester and replaced all the tensioners and the t-belt from the factory, the vehicle ran beautifully for 4000 miles and it just came back in for a driveability. scanned the computer and found a camshaft performance code. I immendiatly checked the timing and found that it had jumped a tooth, any suggestions?
