Electrical problem
2002 Saturn Vue 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 59000 miles

When the ambient temperature gets hot. Like in the afternoon in Houston Texas. When I start my 2002 Saturn Vue the tach, gas gauge, power stering. Doesn't work also the check enging light flashes on and off and the air conditioner blows hot air. In the morning when the ambient temperature is cool everything works just fine. It only happens when the outside temp is hot. We have replaced the ingnition switch because the repair shop said there was a TSB relating to that. Thank you for your help.
