Electrical problem
2002 Saturn L200 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I can open trunk with turning key and remote control but can't ooen with trunk release push button at left side of dash board.

Push button is ok checked with light test.
at trunk release solenoid wiring, measured 12.4 volts
between red and black wire.

Trunk open sign is on at instrument cluster.
Door can not be loked with remore control key.

Whar else shoul I check ?
How shouls I determine trunk release Solenoid switch is malfunctioning?

What else should I look at
