2002 Pontiac Sunfire Power Window motor on Sunfire burning

Electrical problem
2002 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 60000 miles

My power window motors on my 2002 Pontiac Sunfire keep burning out. I have replaced the motors 3 times and regulators once. With new motors, window goes up slowly but down quickly. After about 3 months, I need a new motor again.
