Noises problem

My car makes a fairly quiet, but noticeable - to me - "wobbly" noise, starting around 25 mph. As I speed up, the sound gets "faster" until I no longer notice it, since it becomes continuous. This happens around 35-40 mph. If I go at a constant speed, the sound is at a constant rate. If I slow down, it slows down, too. It seems to be coming from the passenger side of the car. I don't feel any sort of wobble as I drive - it is strictly an audible things at this point. It has been going on for several months now, and doesn't seem to be getting any better or worse.
