Electrical problem
2002 Lincoln LS V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 55342 miles

I AM HAVING TROUBLE REPLACING THE BULB IN THE HIGH-MOUNT BRAKE, BECAUSE I CANNOT GET THE BLACK COVER OFF PROPERLY.IT FEELS LIKE IM GOING TO BREAK IT OFF INSTEAD OF REMOVING IT PROPERLY.YOUR HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
