Computer problem

I have two problem one is my anti-theft system light flashes very fast and when it does it will not let me start the car. I have to wail until the light stop flashes and the car will start. It start after I left my key lock in the trunk and a lock smith come out and pop the trunk with some tools. My second problem is my emission light come on about two or three days and then go off and come back on again. My car will cut off while driving and error about the gear shift error. My car run out of gas and i had the fuel filter clean. I have wonder if it my fuel pump because I don't hear any pressure from the cap when I take it off to pump gas. Now my airbag like is on also. i don't know if the fuel pump making it not start or I have two different problem. Is there anything I can do before I pay alot to put on machine.
