Air Conditioning problem
2002 Kia Rio 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 94000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I got a new engine last year and now my air conditioner doesn't work. I had someone check the AC when I got a new timing belt and they stated that everything looked good and that maybe I should get my AC charged. My air worked fine before I got the new engine, would getting a new engine cause me to need to get my AC charged? I just don't want to waste the money on a charge if this may be a bigger issue. The AC does come on but it just blows room temperature air, no cool air comes out. During this past winter I had trouble with my heat not working but I had my main belt replaced because it was worn and my alternator wasn't charging. As soon as i had the main belt replaced the heat started working again but the AC still doesn't work. Please Help.
