Noises problem

About four days ago I noticed that my engine sounds much louder, rougher, like its trying harder to work when I accelerate. This happens especially between 50 and 60 km but also below 50. I can also feel this under my foot when I drive. I had a friend use my car around when I started noticing it and he's known for speeding and driving a car hard. I have a loose wheel bearing from when I spun out on the highway two weeks ago although i didn't hear the difference at the time. It seems to drive and accelerate the same though, it just seems to be hurting it to do it. It does not overheat and the engine light isnt on. Help meee!
