Electrical problem
2002 GMC Sierra V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I ran down the battery, jump started my truck cable came off and sparked,truck started but have no temp.,tach.,speedometer,PRND123 display,and also no message board, not even a battery display with key on accessory. Every thing else seems to work. Please help.
