Transmission problem

Im responding in reguards to the answer I was giving that Im gonna try tomarrow but I also wanted to elabrate on my last question in reguards that. I tow from time to time a 27 foot travel tralior but havent towed in over 2 months. I did recently put some 22 inch rims on my truck with some low profile tires and hoping to put a more aggresive offroad tire on them. Question also if you are aware, is ther gearing I should purchase for the over sized rims and tires if I were to buy new tires? possibley have any effect on my trans?
