Engine Mechanical problem

The problem started bout a week ago. When I get in and crack the motor over thats all it does. It just cranks, but after trying a second time it usually starts up with no problems. I changed the fuel filter and it was still doing it. So I checked the fuel pressure. Well the pump works, I can hear it run. But the problem is that the pressure it does build up bleeds off to quickly to start the engine. I have to keep cranking the motor until the pressure gets high enough for the engine to start. The pressure checked good too, it just bleeds off way to quick. I was wondering if you guys had any advice or insight on my little pressure problem. Thanks.
