I went through this about 3 weeks ago, the best thing to do now is to buy a tow bar to attach to the front of the car.( it should have came standard) I have a 2003 and it is the worst car i have ever owned in my life. it goes through batteries, at $100.00 each alternators are $250.00. and your problem will cost you about $400.00 if you go to the dealer. and thats the only way to solve the problem. the cylinder for the ignition is $90.00 but it dont have the chipped key with it, thats when you have to take it to the dealer.you can use the new ignition without having to take it to the dealer, but you have to use both keys to start it one to read the chip and the other to start it. if this is your problem let me know.
