2000 Ford Focus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

My wheel is locked and my ignition tumbler and switch is broken and has been for awhile. it finally will not work. i need to move my car from work to home and cant. how can i unlock the wheel? or do i have to replace the ignition where it is?
