2002 Dodge Stratus Headlights

2002 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Automatic

My headlights will not work on low beam, but will work on high beam. The lights and fuses are both good, so I'm not sure what it is.

It is possible that both low beam bulbs burnt out at same time. Pull them out and look to see if the filament is intact.
