Noises problem 2002 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 114000 miles ---------------------------------------------------------------- My car squeals loudly, especially after it rains. I recently had the oil changed, and I replaced the belt and the water pump 2 mos ago.
