Noises problem

we recently replaced the radiator on this vechile, i havent really driven it since then other than home from repair shop so i decided to go out and start it up since it hasnt been started in about a week and it sounds horrible....it shakes a little when you first start it and it sounds like a diesal truck running kinda like lifters but my husband says it sounds like its coming from timing chain any info you might have would be great thank you
