2002 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 69000 miles

Yesterday I bought a 2002 Dodge Intrepid that runs good, but the radiator fans weren't running. The previous owner couldn't figure it out. All that was wrong, was a fuse inside the car. I did some messing around with his wiring because I thought maybe the relay under the hood was bad. Then I figured out the fuse under the dash needed replaced. The car cranks over, but it will not start. Any ideas? I'm stumped...THANKS! Dave
