Engine Mechanical problem

My intrepid sometimes just won't start. It will turn over but it won't start. I had a new water pump put on it and after that, this problem occured. The dealer has put it on the computer twice and found nothing. There is no rhyme or reason to when it does this. It may start this morning and it may not. It seems to be getting more frequent and takes longer for it to finally start. It runs fine after it finally starts. It may go for days before doing this and then all of a sudden, it won't start.
