Electrical problem
2002 Dodge Durango V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 50000 miles

When I turn the headlights on they start flickering or blinking as well as the parking lights. I thought it might be the relay,replaced it with no success.Tried the headlight switch, same result.Today,when I removed the switch and relay and turned the key to the on position the lights started blinking again. Once I installed the switch and turned it to the off position then the lights stopped. I'm confused, Please Help. THANKS!!!!!!
