Transmission problem
2002 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 60000 miles

My 2002 Dodge Dakota Crew Cab cruise contol acts strange. If I set the speed at lets say 50mpg on a level road and encounter some turns where I may scrub off 2mph it will kick down 1-2 gears and accelerate to 5mph over the set speed before backing off. If Im traveling on a highway set at 70mph and encounter a gradual incline the truck will slow 10-15 mph without the cruise control compensating. Yet on the same highway set at 60mph it will kick down gears and accelerate. Any thought?
