Air Conditioning problem
2005 Chevy Suburban 49000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
When I turn the dial to 5 no air blows. Air conditioner works fine 1-4.
Is this motor located under the dash on the passenger side?
Would this be something that just needs to switched on or something that needs to be replaced?
Thanks
es the resistor is on the a/c heater plenum near the blower motor. It is probably the bad part, If there is power at the connector to the resistor, but not at the blower in high.
It will look like this picture, and you test with a voltmeter, each setting will give different voltage at the resistor. If that works, the switch is OK replace the resistor.
