Brakes problem
1998 Chevy Suburban Automatic

Have had into a local shop 3 times because ABS keeps locking. sometimes it grabs as soon as we turn the key. I've paid $600 to mechanic and each time he says it is fixed. I've read there were recalls on ABS problem for Suburbans but no mention of this particular year. Any advise??
