Engine Performance problem

93 chevy Saburban- 350 carborated: just bought ran great, a week later starts to idol at less than 1 rpm. was having problems accelorating. I have changed spark plugs, wires, roter, distrebitor cap, fuel filter, oil, and have added cleaners to both oil and gas systems. It still idol at less that one rpm but the acceration has improved. I have checked the trottle cables and they are still at the same position they were a week ago. I imagine that the rest of the problems with the vehicle are reliant on this issue but oil presure runs about 25 pounds at idol, and the volt gague shows around 12 volts or lower all the time. I have also put in a new battery and have had the alteranetor checked and still haven't been able to fix the problem.
