2002 Chevy Monte Carlo 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 108000 miles

Hey How Are You? I Have A Issue With My 2002 Monte Carlo LS Model 3.4 I Had Recently Swap The Motor In It Due To Lockup. When New Motor Was In Properly I Began To Run Tests For Leaks And Problems. Two Days Of Adjusting And Testing Everything Was Fine. So I Woke Up The Next Day And Went To Turn The Key And Nothing Happened. Now Over The Past Few Days I've Done Everything From Change Fuses, Links, And Even the Starter. I Still Have No Action Whatsoever. all I Hear When I Turn The Key Is Ding dong From The Door Open And A Clicking Noise That Comes From The Little Box In The Drivers Side Fuse Panel I Assume It's The PCM. Please Help.
