2002 Chevy Cavalier Fuel Pump Needs Replacing

Engine Mechanical problem
2002 Chevy Cavalier 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 89000 miles

Chevy Cavalier (2002) would not start and had to be towed. Repair shop diagnosed that fuel pump had to be replaced in the tank and quoted price tag of $900.00.

Don't mind paying if this sounds correct, should I be wary?
