Heater problem
2002 Buick Rendezvous 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 114000 miles

the channels 1 thru 3 on my heater/ac control don't work. but 4 & 5 do work. also if i turn on the ac and set it to 1 it still send the message to the ac that, hey i here buy no air comes out. would i have to replace the heater blower or just the blower motor resistor?

Inspect and test the blower motor resistor if it ain't it could be the HVAC control module.
