2002 Buick Rendezvous 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 84500 miles

What could cause a problem with the Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Malfunction...also is this an easy repair??

It is usually a bad vent valve or a leaking seal at the fuel pump module.
