2002 BMW 525 Multi Function Display

Electrical problem
2002 BMW 525 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 52000 miles

The LED lights in the computer display are slowing going out. This started 6 months ago and has progressively gotten worst.
Does fixing this problem require that the entire dash be removed or is there another solution??

The dash need not be removed,although the display will need to be replaced. Repost with VIN and I will get the replacement part#
