my car is experiencing white smoke from exhaust. my oil levels are normal and there is a slight shortage of coolant in the radiator every week. i mix water with my coolant is that maybe the problem? i had radiator problems before and fixed it two times where a beige oily substance(transmission oil) was mixed with the coolant in the radiator and the engine's temperature rose up to the end...

The cylinder head casting is cracked and will need replacement.
