Is there a simple fix for the keyless entry for the trunk, it seems to be stuck in the open position, the closest dealer is a hour or so away,and was hoping this may be a simple problem, with a simple solution?

This is an easy fix but unfortunatley, Acura makes it so that you need factory parts. You need the locking mech in the lid: if you can still move the mech in the trunk; if not the mech in the lid may be working properly and the mech in the trunk is not. Not sure if Acura will sell them separate or if it is a "set". Take to a local shop since your dealer is so far and see if they can asses which is the faulty part.
