Electrical problem
2001 Subaru Outback 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 160000 miles

I have a 2001 Outback. I bought the car used with 120,000 miles. Now it has 160,000. I was told by Chevrolet I need the head gaskets replaced due to leakage, I have noticed a short in my turn signal, when I use it and have my lights on it shorts out the interior lights. It also hesitates between 20 and 40 miles an hour. Today the ABS light came on. This has all happened in the last month. If you can give me any help at all I would appreciate it. I do still owe money on this car so getting rid of it is not an option.
