2001 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i have this car that the minute it got just below the quarter mark on the gas gage the dam thing wont start..i have changed the fuel pump, the fuel filter, and the regulator and it still wont start this time. ZWe use to ba able to put gas in it and waite 3 days to a week and it would start again..Im baffled Please Please help..I have spent now almost 300 hundred dollars
