2001 Other Chrysler Models Steering Noise

Steering problem
2001 Other Chrysler Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 110000 miles

I noticed the other day that, when I turn the wheel at times, there is a noise - almost like the car has athritis or something. I can't tell if it's around the steering column or further under the car. I keep the oil/fluids checked - last time being November 15th or so. What could be the problem?

check high pressure hose route
