Air Conditioning problem

I have a 2001 Nissan Exterra. I have a problem with the air conditioning. I have had the freon taken out and recharged along with the hi/low pressure switch changed. My problem is that in the hottest part of the day, it still blows hot air. I will turn the dash knob off and on, push the a/c button off and on, sometimes it will cool but most the time it does not. Any suggestions?
