2001 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Automatic 82000 miles

2 weeks ago, my car didnt want to turn over, so i got a jump and it was fine for 1 week. So i got a new battery after. But the new terminals were so had they came off in traffic and car stop running in traffic. So the person had to cut down the coroded wires, and had to replace the terminals, that were corroded as well. So car started up fine for 2 weeks, but i didnt drive it because of fear it would cut off in traffic on me again. Went to start it up today, get all the lights, but it wont start up, like its trying, but nothing. I smell no fuel after continuous turning of the key. What could it be.
