Engine Performance problem

I was wondering what could be wrong with my car. First off the car shakes a lot. When I'm driving it doesn't shake. The car shakes when I'm at a red light or a stop. If I put it in park or in neutral it doesn't shake. When I turn on the A/C it shakes also. It feels as if the car is going to shut down when I have the A/C on. I replaced all my motor mounts so it can't be that. My last problem is that my car has lost a lot of power. I mean the car was never meant for too much performance, but it's worst now. My car takes forever to pick up speed and it will not go above 80mph anymore. I did a little research online for this problem and I kept getting the same results. It kept saying the Mass Air Flow Sensor. I would greatly appreciate some help. Thanks.
