Shakes or Wobbles problem
2001 Kia Rio 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 45000 miles

I recently bought a 2001 kia rio and overall the car is in excellent condition. However, it idles rough when it is in gear (neutral and park is okay) and it shakes between 45 and 60 MPH. Also, I can feel something pulling on the steering wheel as I am driving and I can feel an uneveness like there is a bent or warped rotor or maybe misallignment in the tires (I think). Or maybe just uneven wear on the tires? I don't know much about cars, but the tread looks just fine and I know that the issue lies in the suspension and steering. I need to know what it is and how much I'm looking to pay to have it fixed, if it can be fixed. Any advise you have would be greatly appreciated. Please and thank you. Serena
