2001 Honda Accord 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 53937 miles

My Honda Accord has been driving perfectly until now, after about 500 miles after its due inspection it just decided not to run one morning, there is gas in the tank, the battery seems fine as it is turning the engine but it just refuses to start, what do you think the problem could be and how can i go around troubleshooting it?
