Engine Performance problem
2001 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 200000 miles

Hi I have a 2001 ford windstar, it stalls while driving sometimes it will start right back sometimes it takes awhile 50 % of the time when it does start it runs very rough, chugging sputtering etc. when it does run I don't get very far before it will stall again. Sitting in the yard it will run forever and not miss a beat. I did run a scan on it and got a code P0401 it's since been cleared and has not come back since.

PS. I seen after my question was posted it said it was manuel it really automatic
