Engine Performance problem
2002 Ford Focus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have replaced most of my vacume hoses that had leaks. but I think I can hear a leak yet. the car has no power and jerks when the transmission shifs. I thought it might be bad gas so I put a bottle of heat it the tank. I was looking for the fuel filter but can not locate it. I am puzzled. thank you, william stieneke
