Hello,
My 2000 ford focus misfire badly special when it idleing. I replaced all sparplugs, sparkplugw wires and ignition coil. The problem remains same. Please advice.

you sure its missfiring or its just running rough at idling? you descirbe it better?

happen when cold? warm?

I think it is misfiring. Its engine shake real bad and quit when the car stop. It is running smooth in high speed but I still felt it shaking little bit sometimes. Its symtem is same when the engine hot or cold. The "check engine light" was on when this problem occured. But it is gone now after I replaced parts and disconnected the battery cable.

may i ask what code showed up previously and what was done to fix it?

just curious if they could be related here!
