Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2001 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 107000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I have a driveline noise and slight vibration in the front end that starts at around 25 mph and ends at about 35 mph. It comes back again at 65 mph and then goes away over 70 mph. It sound like a bad bearing but usually with a bad wheel bearing, if you turn the wheel from side to side it will change the sound due to the load. I have tried rotating the tires to no avail. Could it be the front differential? Also, I changed the front hubs last year since I was having an issue with one of them. This noise is different than that. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks
