2001 Dodge Caravan power mirrors

Electrical problem
2001 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 116000 miles

power mirrors on both sides stopped working.couldnot find fuse for power mirrors.dodnot know how to pull the switch out from the dash.
engine light is on.Garage says to replace the EGR switch and service the fuel system.how can that be done.
