MY CAR RECENTLY WENT SPITTING AND SPUDERING AND SMOKING(BLUE SMOKE) AFTER I GOT GAS. I CARRIED IT AND PUT ON A COMPUTER AND IT TOLD ME #1 FUEL CELL IN HAS A OPEN CIRCUIT,CAN YOU HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM
